iPad iPad Air 4 and USB C accessories?

Hi all. Thinking about replacing my mini with the new Air 4. Since it has USB-C I already have a USB-C to USB A hub for keyboard mouse and cooling mat. I wonder if I could connect up this hub to the Air 4 and use a wired keyboard and usb mouse. Top 3 usage scenarios:

1) Hulu & YouTube
2) Remote into my work machine and do development
3) Secondary display for my MBA
