Can two people, with their own AirPods, participate in a Zoom meeting using Audio Sharing on an iPad Air 4 running iPadOS 14? If so, can they both use the microphones in their AirPods?

Thanks in Advance — GetRealBro

The answer appears to be — no.

Two people, with an iPad Air 4 and their own AirPods, can share the audio of many apps e.g. Apple’s Music, Amazon Prime Music and various video streaming apps like PBS.org. And they can even switch between these apps without losing the Audio Sharing. BUT.. as soon as they Start or Join a Zoom meeting the Audio Sharing is broken :(

Ironically, Audio Sharing of AirPods does work with Zoom for checking/changing the ring tones. But not for meetings - DUH.
