I've had my new Air 4 for about a week now (this is the second one, first one was bent straight out of the box). It has the backlight bleed at the same spot as many others but I was willing to accept it because it seems so extremely common. However, today I started to read an in-app magazine, mostly very white pages extending all the way to the screen edges. I then saw that the left side of the screen gets a little darker along the screen edge. It gets a little fuzzy, almost like there is a very small shadow like the screen is not directly attached to the glass. It's not noticeable when looking dead straight at the screen but as soon as I start to tilt it a few degrees it becomes visible. The right, top and bottom screen edges are razor sharp in comparison. Is this the way the Air 4 screens are supposed to look like?

Can you show a picture? I have a hard time assuming that any screen is supposed to show one blurry and three sharp corners.

It's difficult to get it on camera but in this photo it shows quite well.

I have the same issue... just sent it back to Apple and I’m currently waiting for the replacement unit. If the new one ain’t perfect I’ll will just return it, I don’t have the energy to keep up with the screen lottery

I sent mine back. I'll now wait at least a month or two before trying again. Please report here if you decide to get a new one and if the new one is ok.

Ended up just returning the air altogether and going with the iPad Pro instead.
Yea I have a hard time spending more money on a company to resolve an issue that shouldn’t exist anyways. If I have another issue with my air 4, I’ll be downgrading lol.

I have the exact same issue! Did you get a replacement? Is it the same? If this only affects a couple then I feel like getting it replaced. If they're all the same then I won't bother.
