I recently updated my iPad to iOS 14.4 and was wondering what everyone's battery life has been like? It seems to me that my battery life isn't lasting as long as before and I believe something is causing the battery to drain. I don't really use my iPad that much per day and typically can go 3-4 days before needing a charge. Now it seems like it'll last around 2-3 days. However the graph does seem pretty consistent so maybe it's lasting the same as before and I am just over exaggerating?

Also side note: I have noticed in the usage statistics that the Mail app is running in the background for over 2hrs each day since updating to 14.4 but I don't have my email connected to the Mail app and I don't have the app open at all so why is it running in the background? Anyway I can turn the Mail app completely off or is this a bug?

I've attached some screenshots of the battery usage. Would love to hear how everyone else's iPad battery is doing since updating. Thanks

My battery has stayed strong and hasn’t been draining too quickly. Content consumption isn’t very demanding though. :)

I noticed mine is draining a lot faster - but I use mine all day. Oops that's on my iPad Pro
