iPad Air Ipad Air screen problem

Hello everyone,

yesterday I brought new ipad air 4... at upper part of the screen I have pressure sensitive circle spot. Except that screen is excellent... should I take it back to the store for replacement?

Even if you press lightly on the screen, does it come up?

I would think it is something hardware behind the screen at that point. Also how hard are you pressing on the screen?

I would take it back. I’m not picky, but that isn’t right.

I would imagine if you showed this to an Apple Genius at an Apple Store that they would replace this for you.

if i press really hard the screen under my finger is also white on every part of screen.

This is medium press on any upper part of a screen.

If i use "normal" light press the mark is not shown.

I have to press pretty hard for something like that to show up. Same, light normal presses don't show anything but I've noticed if I press pretty hard (a lot harder than I ever normally would) stuff like this appears. <shrug>.

Did you solve this? I had exactly the same but I've returned it. No idea what's the reason behind it.
