iPad iPad Air with Keyboard Folio for 10th Gen

Apologies if this has been asked already but I couldn’t find a clear answer anywhere.

Is it possible to use the Keyboard Folio made for the 10th Gen iPad (MS Surface style with function row) on an iPad air 4th Gen, 5th Gen or 11” 6th Gen ?

Apart from apple pushing users to buy the Magic Keyboard for the Air, does the Folio Keyboard advertised for use with a base iPad actually not work with an Air ? Can’t see why it wouldn’t work as the dimensions are virtually the same ?

It's not - the 10th gen has the old-style Smart Connector on the left side of the tablet. All other Home Buttonless iPads have it on the bottom rear panel near the iPad branding.
