iPad already in hands of reviewers?

Today a czech tech writer/blogger posted a picture of himself holding an iPad in his tweet. The tweet reads as "I've got it. (review after the NDA expires)".
I've cached the pic here in case Apple shuts it down.
This could mean that the device could be already in manufacturing and both the software and hardware is ready. Or is it some kind of fake? What do you think?
