iPad and iPhone can't see atv2

I used to be able to mirror my iPad on tv
Using atv2
Now my iPad doesn't have the option to send to atv2
Also I can't find atv2 using remote app on iPhone nor iPad

Anyone have this happen?

I unplugged atv2 but didn't help.

Network problem

After turning everything off and back on
Rechecked network on apple tv
It wasn't connected
We have been having power outages and maybe that was the cause
