iPad App Store Purchases? 2 iPad's?

So I currently have a 64GB Wifi iPad which I plan to replace with a 64GB Wifi + 3G iPad.

If I purchase apps now for the Wifi iPad and then get the 3G, will the Apps I purchased sync to BOTH iPad's on the same machine? (I may just keep one and give it to my girlfriend). Just curious if they will both sync to the same machine/same account with all the apps?

Sweet.. So one purchase will cover 2 iPad's. Would hate paying for Logmein Ignition twice just to use it on 2 iPad's.

Loving it so far, just hate how not many places have wifi.

Now if i purchase a app on my itunes account on my pc , then my dad goes on the pc on his itunes account can he sync the app that is saved onto the pc onto his ipad ?

If both computers are syncing from the same iTunes account. iTunes allows up to five computers to access the same account.
