I manage employee iPads at my company. Since I enable Restrictions on the iPads, I noticed in the 9.3.1 iOS update, deselecting the restriction of "iTunes Store" makes the "iTunes & App Store" tab hidden. However, doing this exact same function on iOS 9.3 does NOT make the "iTunes & App Store" tab hidden.

Do you guys know why this happens or is this an issue in iOS 9.3.1?

Yeah, I got info from Apple about MDM. Not sure if my company will go for it since it costs $$. Once we get up to 30 doctors (and their teams), then I'll bring it up. Right now we're at 26 doctors.

I would say an MDM is the way to go. Akin to a workgroup vs a domain for a Windows computer network. In reality you'd never want to put that many machines on a workgroup when you'd need a domain.
