I had a bunch of old family photos scanned from slides. I'd like to virtually "write on the back" of the photos to describe who is in the photo and when it was. Does anyone have a recommendation of an app to do so? I could import all the photos into a note but that seems a bit cumbersome for a few hundred photos.

thanks!

Where do you want it visible? You can edit the metadata of a photo using something like ‘photo investigator’ and add a caption or use the copyright field to add more text. But you’d need to press the ‘info’ button on a photo to see these - I don’t know if there are photo album apps that would show this under each photo (sounds like a good idea though)
