iPad apps on iPhone

There is an app that is only available on the iPad, is there anyway to install it on the iPhone? I've read that there is supposed to be an option in Flex but couldn't find it...

I have never heard of this. I would think you might run into compatibility issues in iOS 9 with app slicing though. Watch out trying to do this.

Ok, so I'm trying to use AppCake to load the app, I've edited the info.plist on the app but I'm getting Error -999 - I have app sync installed. Does anyone else have any experience with this kind of thing?
