iPad mini iPad as a phone

Rather curious - anyone use an iPad as a phone either as replacement or as an addition? What's your take on it?

I do, I usually used wireless headphones with a mic. If I'm making a lot of calls, I will often write phone numbers and tap on them to make a call. I enjoy it.

But if I'm out and about, I just use my phone.

I just use handoff's feature with my iPhone.
