Hello everyone. I often use my ipad as a second monitor for my Mac. A long time ago, I saw from some blogger how he made a separate keyboard shortcut so that the ipad could connect to the Mac as a display without the main one. That is, I turn on the Mac, press the keyboard shortcut and the ipad connects as a display (while the main display may not be connected). Can anyone help how I can do this?

Turn on Screen Mirroring and select "Mirror Built-in Retina Display" instead of "Use As Extended Display". Here it is in Control Center, but you can also do it in System Settings. I think you'll still need a main display connected, but you can experiment and figure it out.
