Ipad Backup...gone?

So, I backed up my ipad today, then I restored it(had my reasons) and now the backup is not showing up in the pop-down menu after restore. However I found the folder with the backup in my MobileSync folder. What do?

Do the other backups from your MobileSync folder show up in the drop-down menu?

Do the other backups from your MobileSync folder show up in the drop-down menu?

There ar about 10 folders there and iTunes only shows 3 of my iphone backups, but not the rest of them.
