Sounds reasonable to me.

Canadian Apple fans frustrated by the company's decision to push back the international launch date of the iPad can take solace in the fact they don't live in Israel.

That's because the Israeli government has temporarily banned all imports of Apple's latest touchscreen wunder-gadget because its wireless frequencies are incompatible with the country's national standards...
