iPad Battery App

Hi, which app can I download that can tell me the battery life and/or charge cycles of the battery on my iPad? I got an used iPad Pro 10.5 from eBay and the battery life is less than stellar. I just want to confirm if it's indeed battery issue because it is used. Thanks.

Don’t even think about battery life on your (presumably) iCloud restored iPad until day 3, then check it’s not still restoring from iCloud backup, normally apps like google photos etc.
If it is, inside of settings, iCloud, backup, click on stop restore, reboot your used iPad, and then you might find all becomes well again, with regard to battery life at least
