SO I got a new iPad and tried to use iTunes to transfer 488 pdfs, all work related, that I store in Ibooks. I tried twice, didn't work

I spent nearly THREE hours on line with three different apple help people, including a senior advisor, who were unable to solve the problem or figure out why I cant use iTunes for the transfer.

Their only solution was to buy more space in iCloud - which I don't want to do for a variety of reasons. And I shouldn't have to!

its outrageous! And, Ill add this is the second time Apple's jerked me around like this. If there was another product Id go there.

Yes, Im angry

Sounds like a tough one. Do you have access to a different computer to try to sync from there? If it works from a different computer, you might need to dig deeper on your current one to see if that’s the issue.

Just trying to logically eliminate factors in order to narrow it down a bit.

Why dont you just buy a super cheap ipad compatible flash drive, plug it into the old ipad, download the pdf files, then plug it into the new ipad and upload them to iBooks. Doesn’t seem too hard an issue, just dont use itunes....
