Anyone else having issues using the iPad to make phone calls through the iPhone on iOS 9? Get the error message that the devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi network, they are and have tried a few different Wi-Fi networks. Also have reset network settings and gone through all of the other settings that would be suspect.

Anyone having this issue? Any tips to fix it?
Thanks!

Go to Settings - Phone . There you can choose to which devices you want your phone calls to go to .
Same in Messages for texts .

For me it's one of the coolest things in iOS 9 ! Now at least I can get my iPad to ring and not my Mac .

I didn't have this exact issue. Mine involved OS X Yosemite and a 5s on iOS 9. After the upgrade to 9, the phone call kept dropping in and out. Signing out of iCloud on both devices and deleting the info from my Mac and iPhone, then signing back in on both did the trick. Maybe this will help the iPhone to iPad issue you are having
