iPad mini Ipad characters unicode

Hi all,
We have a small app, built on foxpro, operating under win10. we try to use Ipad mini as a terminal catching another terminal (using remote desktop app) who have the app shortcut...
When we type arabic characters in search box (who is the main work in our office) chars looks question marks and no results found... looks like arabic chars fly with another unicode between Ipad and win os lap.
Note: this problem occured only when we used Ipad and every thing is ok with all win os pcs and laps

Install the Arabic language pack.

We already have installed Arabic language pack on Ipad, i didn't tell i'am sorry...
We can write arabic messages, we can switch os interfaces to arabic and so on...
Our problem occurred when using remorte windows 10 desktop
