Where the Air Force sends me
So I have a few friends that own iPhones and because of that gateway drug to Apple they are interested in the iPad.

They asked me if it'll replace their laptop. All they do is Facebook, YouTube, and general surfing, so I said for the most part yes. (no flash but HTML 5...lost them right there. lol)

They then asked me what's the difference between the iPad and the iPhone other than screen size...

I tried thinking of a something similar, but different and better at the same time. All I could come up with was watching a standard def movie on a small TV and watching a 3D movie in the theater. I told them that because of the speed and extra screen size the iPad would be a different animal all together. xbox to 360 PS1 to PS3...

Any other comparisons to help explain the difference/benefits of the iPad/iPhone. (other than it doesn't make calls:rolleyes:)

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

Best analogy I've read here is that if the iPhone is a bathtub, the iPad is a swimming pool.
