iPad deleted video recovery programs

While transferring a video from the iPad to iPhoto, for whatever reason it didn’t import correctly (even though the iPhoto said the import was was successful), and the iPad automatically deleted the video.

Has anyone heard anything about the recovery programs Syncios or iMyFone D-Back?

No, when iPhoto deletes a video, it completely deletes the file
