Ipad Demo's in Store ?

Wonder how many Ipads will be setup to play with for each store. It's nice to go into an Apple store and find 4,6,or 8 of a particular model to play with. You almost can't leave the store without buying it!!!

The following quote is from our hosts main page article on Best Buy's preparation for the iPad launch.

"Display materials for the iPad launch are reportedly scheduled to arrive at participating Best Buy stores early next week, and store planograms indicate that two notebooks and an iMac will be displaced from the usual Apple Shop layout to accommodate four iPad demo units and associated accessories for display."

So it looks like participating Best Buy stores are going to have 4 units for demo. I assume that Apple stores will be the same.

The Apple Store by me is fairly small and they have about 10 iPod touches, iPhones, iMacs and 13" MBP on display. I'd imagine they'd have close to that for iPads on demo.

I would expect between 3-6 depending on store size
They probably won't have enough stock to put more than 6 in every store
and if they're only going to let people who are buying iPads in the store why would they need alot of demos

I'd guess anyone thinking they'll be able to go on launch day, play with a demo unit, and only then decide if they want to buy their reserved iPad will be out of luck.
