Ipad & Extreme USB HDD

Are there any app's or even Cydia apps that would allow me to access files stored on the USB HDD attached to my Airport Extreme base Station?

I am using a similar setup with the Time Capsule (Built in 2TB HDD) but as the Router is not a NAS, the Drive/s connected will only be visible when browsing through a PC/Mac - You would need to keep your Mac/PC on when trying to view content.

If this is possible, then you can use apps such as Air Video which can connect to your Computer and stream stuff through.
