Just pulled my new iPad Pro 11 inch out of my bag to find it stuck on the home screen (display was on even with the cover closed), and quite warm. It was at 100% when I left the house around 2 hours ago, and now it's already down to 77%....

I held down some buttons to get to it unfreeze, though it didn't actually hard reset (how do you actually do a hard reset on one of these anyway?)

Is this a cause for concern? I haven't had an iPad in 6-7 years, so I don't really know what the "red flags" are... and I'd rather just go return it and but a new one since I'm still in the 14 day period. It was worth noting that the device had a slight curve to it right out of the box, which seemed to resolve when I put it in a case and gave it some very light pressure...

Thoughts?
