iPad Gaming Question

I heard that iPhone has 620 Mhz processor and iPad will have 1 Ghz. The output resolution of iPad will be much greater so will it be able to run games with better graphics and rendering or will it run current iPhone games with a higher resolution in a bigger screen?

Unless the game has been modified for the iPad's larger screen it will just be pixel-doubled.

Games needs to be modified to run at a better view and pixel rate. however all App Store games can run on the iPad regardless of modification or not.

I think it's going to be hard to get a great looking 3D game at 1024x768 unless it really is WAY more powerful than a netbook
