I accidentally clicked on a pop up on my iPad Air 4th gen, running iPad OS 14.6 and it took me to a dodgy looking website asking me to download flash, im not sure if this downloaded anything to my iPad but I cleared history and exited the page. Could this have put a virus, malware or spyware or a keylogger on my iPad ?

open Settings->Safari and choose Clear History and Website Data, the open Apple’s Files open the Download folder and delete whatever was downloaded from the site.

Not likely, unless it was first of its kind. ONE of the benefits of using a closed operating systems.

Also note, Adobe flash is only used in China after Dec 2020. Also make sure you have PopUps blocked, which is the default setting.

Even if it tried to install it wouldn’t be able to. The malware was most likely written for Windows, less likely written for MacOS, and certainly not written for iPadOS.
