hey anybody know how to fully remove icloud lock on ipad??? suggest any idea.......

You can't, there's no workaround. You need to be able to access the Apple ID linked to the iPad

Yes:

1. Log into your iCloud account.
2. Remove Lock.

Or you could send some money and your iPad to an online store front that says they can do it for you... and never get your iPad back or you money.

But wait... there's more.
If the iPad is part of DEP ( most enterprise / educational devices ) you have one more step in order to get full access to the device. Otherwise DEP will continually track / control the device no matter what account you enter.
