I am very interested in getting an iPad for college, along with a Macbook Pro/iMac. I appreciate to hear some impressions about the iPad and its potential from a college perspective.

Use in college

I bought it for that reason alone. So far I am very pleased Pages is great I can export and import word docs with no problem the onscreen keyboard works bettr than I anticipated. My big Pages frustration is I can't figure out how to change the default styles. I need to use times new roman and I don't want to select the text and change the font each time. Other than that I think the iPad will work better than a laptop at school.
