Ipad/Iphone Help?

Hi everyone. I recently got an unlocked iphone. If I update my itunes to the most recent version, will the phone be locked again.
See today I got the ipad, and it won't work unless I download the most recent version of itunes.

No, as long as you don't update the iPhone in iTunes. Updating iTunes will not lock your phone. Go for it.
