I'm getting an iPad from work for home use and I have a question about iTunes accounts and syncing apps/music.

We buy all our "i" apps on our company iTunes account. My Boss (IT Director) and Network Admin are the only ones with the password since they were brilliant enough to make it the same password to some switches and whatnot. So if I need an app synced to the iPad, I just have to do it at work, which is fine, but every time I want to get a free app, I have to have one of them enter the password since it appears to forget it every time you put the iPad to sleep. (Unless there is a setting I haven't noticed)

So if I want to use my personal iTunes account on the iPad for free apps or ones I'm going to purchase, is there a way to sync new apps from one account and keep the other apps from the other account? I know last time I synced an iPod (years ago) on another PC (on another account), it replaced all the music with the other music.

I hope that makes sense. Having limited experience with iTunes/pods, I'm not that well versed.

Thanks
