The other day ago I received a text message and it was received on my iPhone/Mac and apple watch but for some reason not my iPad. My Ipad receives iMessages just fine, but does not with Text Messages. Anyone have anyway to fix this? Thanks..

Apparently so, at least for his Mac.
OP: What do you see on your iPhone at Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding?
It was not enabled for the iPad. I fixed it. Hopefully it will start working. Thanks for your help.
