iPad iTunes Question

Hey guys.I was looking for movies on iTunes on my iPad.
I searched up Spiderman 3 and it said how much it costs,but when I looked up Fantastic Four, all it said was VIEW.And some movies just say RENT.
Can you only rent those movies,or can you only buy them on a computer.

hmmm...mine shows buy and rent when I search for FF and S3. Maybe search again!?

I just found out that it just says rent because it's in HD,if you pick standard,it gives you the options to buy and rent.
