iPad ipad jailbreak

Have a question for all you guys. i need to jailbreak my ipad but its locked by my organization. They are done with the old ipads and let everyone take the old ones. they have no data on them but i cant access any other app except the 2 apps installed by our company. cant not even access the app store or safari. any idea how i can jailbreak this tab and use it for personal use?

They give them to you without clearing and unlocking them? You can't go back to them and have them unlock it? You realize how fishy this sounds?

I wondered about that too. Wouldn't your org's IT team take care of that for you?

its a very small private company. like 18 employees plus a few contractors. we don't have designated IT department.
