Please help, I unfortunately did an update because the iPad was very slow so I hoped it would go faster, but now it wants to be configured and keeps asking for a Puk, I normally use it without a sim, so I have no Puk, what do I do? Please I have pneumonia and it's really difficult to go to the shop, my laptop crashed two weeks ago and I don't know what to do. I really need the iPad right now... please what can I do I couldn't find any info online.I cannot do anything on my iPad except for writing the Puk, which I can't. I tried to turn it on and off, and connect it with laptop but it doesn't let me downgrade it or anything. Please what can I do...
