iPad iPad Lockscreen Bug

I updated to iOS 10.3 without changing any notification/sound or DND settings on my iPad Air 2 and noticed There is no sound on the lock screen when I get FaceTime calls or Viber Calls, the screen shows there is a call but no sound. I tested on my iPhone 6s Plus iOS 10.3 and I get ringtone sound on the lock screen. This issue I believe is only effecting iPad Air 2 on latest iOS 10.3. Can some with iPad Air 2 confirm this?

I have a Air 2 and my sounds working fine. Have you tried resetting your settings or doing a hard reset?

Yes I have tried hard reset and DFU restore with iTunes and setup from backup

I did a reset of settings 2 times, Issue has resolved.
