My iPad Mini 2 screen is starting to separate on each side, creating some light bleed between the base and screen. Should one assume battery swelling as the root cause? If Apple repairs it I know the cost wouldn't be justified vs a new replacement but is there another affordable option to correct this issue? The battery needs to be replaced regardless since it only holds a full charge for under one hour. Thanks for any guidance/feedback.
