I am currently on ios 12.1.1. It is not that slow. Ios 11 was slower. Is any ios after 12.1.1 faster on mini 2?

iPad Ipad mini 2 performance on ios 12.4 ?

You can only update as far as iOS 12.4.5 - the mini 2 cannot run iPadOS / iOS 13.
iPad 2 Mini performance is miserable. I have one in my desk drawer. It's been there most of the time since I got my Mini 5. It is usable for a few things like watching videos or listening to music but it's overall frustrating to use.
