Yup saw this last night. Slept on this deal the week before Thanksgiving and during BF. Pulled the together last night. Going to use it to hot spot my X to the mini so I can use ipv4 based apps.

Probably better to just get the iPad 2017 IMO the A8 in the mini 4 is showing some issues with iOS 11 according to some users. Hopefully the mini series gets a new 5 in 2018 with at least a A10.
