First iPad. Enabled Sidecar and rockin' Netflix on the go. Paired it with a Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard and it's great for writing quick notes here and there.

Already have the Mini so voted for the variant I have as I have no regrets on configuration.

I would say it’s definitely worth it over the Mini 2/3. They use the A7, the Mini 5 has the A12.

is it worthwhile to upgrade from iPad mini 2/3?

Yes, it is. Even an upgrade from ipadmini 4 is worth it for me. I have changed from Ipad mini 4 wifi to ipad mini 5 cellular, it is my go to device now. Even though i have an ipad pro 10.5 and iphone XR.

On the go, i want something light and with a reasonable screen estate, so i prefer my mini 5 cellular over iphone XR.
At home, using the ipad pro 10.5 on the couch or bed seems a little too heavy and bulky for me. I prefer to use the Mini 5, haha. The only thing i hope the Mini 5 has will be Pro-motion.

I have mini 2, 4 and 5, and the mini 2 is barely usable. I only keep it for 32bit apps. Even upgrading to a mini 4 is worth it. The mini 5 is great, it’s my travel device. At home I only use the mini 4/5 in bed, for anything else I prefer larger ipads

Never thought I would like the Mini, too small. But loving it with cellular as my go everywhere iPad, so light I can hardly feel it in my bag. Wouldn’t have it as my only iPad but having the luxury of affording more than one, it’s perfect.
