Apple has several options for turning displays warm. If that’s this you can turn them off. One is True Tone. The other is night shift. Most help with most people.

Mine has a warm tint (more cream or ecru than white) and both True Tone and Night Shift are off.

No odd tint or jelly scrolling. If your room has a warm tone, on True Tone it will try to replicate that so the display is easier on the eyes.

But, you seem to have a bad display. I’d send it back.

I notice a similar red tint but only at a fairly extreme angle. The tint was particularly pronounced when I was wearing prescription glasses with transition lenses and using the mini 6 in the car.

Tilting the iPad so it's more perpendicular to my line of sight fixed it.
