iPad mini iPad mini camera equivalents

Hi there,

With regard to the new iPad mini, does anyone know what the equivalent front and rear cameras are from other devices?

I ask because I know that the new MacBook Pros received new 12MP FaceTime sensors, but these are actually improved over the Studio Display 12MP camera - so it’s not clear in terms of marketing what generation they belong to.
