iPad mini iPad Mini Retina - looking for case with quick insert/removal

I just got an iPad mini retina, I am coming from an iPad 3.

With the iPad 3, I was using a traditional case/stand, and purchased a similar one for iPad mini.

However, the iPad mini is much easier and comfortable to use without a case.

So I am thinking I will want to use the iPad mini without a case a lot, but still need protection when not in use, and still need a stand feature when not holding in hands.

I have a few possibilities:
- sleeve + stand. I didn't like any of the sleeve/stand hybrid I saw out there, and I don't want to carry two separate items
- case/stand, but with quick insert/removal. I would keep the benefits of a case as I have now, but without spending 20 seconds to insert or remove the iPad in a tight case, which would eventually break or get loose

Does anybody has a good solution to this?
