iPad mini iPad Mini w/Retina Thin Shell (NO Smart Cover cutout)?

I was hoping that by now there would be more options in regards to a thin shell for the iPad mini w/Retina that does not have the smart cover cut out... So far all I have seen is the Power Support Air Jacket Solo, but not much else. Are there other options that I am just missing?

I saw the Boxwave shortly after my post and ordered it (should have it Saturday). As for the NGP, that's a TPU case and not exactly thin.
