Since installing iOS12 on the iPad the 4 finger gesture to minimize an app now launches the task manager half the time. Is there a trick to getting it to minimize instead of popping up task manager?

P.s you can do it with one finger from the bottom of the screen now

D Dukat macrumors 6502 Original poster Mar 9, 2012 307 76 Sep 18, 2018 #5 I think I got it.. as GreyOS mentioned, a slight sliding motion downward while doing the gesture opens task manager now.. have to keep the gesture centered without a downward drift which I do when I'm in a hurry. Thanks all for your responses.
