iPad multi task question

on iPad Air 2, when using the multi task, if I'm in Safari can I bring over another safari page instead of a different app? I've always wanted to browse on 2 different windows on the iPad, but from what I've seen it just seems to bring up other apps.

Nope. But you could use Chrome for example and have two websites side-by-side.

You can't do that yet, Google released their iOS9 update earlier and it doesn't support split view (yet?).
