Hey all,

While i'm here waiting for iPad to arrive i was wondering something and i couldn't find any info on it. Maybe none of you knows are maybe i'm tired but if someone know please let me know.

I'm sitting here with MBP and using the pad.

There is something i love about it pad.

It is the 2-3-4 fingres gestures.

In safari forward and backward is a killer gestures for me.

I'm dreaming about having a 2-3-4 fingers gestures on the ipad.

In safari iPad i would love to have 2 fingers left and right to do this.

Also i wish it has 3 fingers up and down for new tab and top sites or something like this.

With 4 fingers up i go to home screen with all my icons and 4 fingers down i go back to the last program.

Any toughts?

If you use the middle finger with a single upward swipe a help screen immediately appears. :D

The potential of 10 finger multitouch is intriguing, but actual usefullness is yet to be explored on a large tablet device. Obviously it might be useful for clever games written for that feature. I expect to see a ouija board app for two very soon. ;)

2 finger gestures in safari would confuse itself with "pinch to zoom".

Really? Because on the Macbook trackpads it doesn't, at all.

I agree, too, a three finger forward and back would be excellent on the iPad. The screen is big enough, so why not?

Hmmm... never thought of that. I was just assuming. I guess if it works fine on the MB it should be no different. I just don't see them doing it though. I have nothing to back that up, but I just don't seem them doing it.
