Does anyone else find the name iPad to be a foolish move on Apple's marketing department?

How bout iRoids, or iMacca, or iVerse, or iMe.

I'll go with iDon't care what they actually call it as long as it isn't iGates, iSoft, iWindows, or i7Ultimate.

They reaaally messed up by not doing a simple search on the internet... That MadTV skit only proved a point that was on everybody's mind lol.. There were so many other things they could have thought of it, but I guess after the "3G.....s" they seem to be hitting a creative brick-wall with names.

Not to mention its waaay too similar to "iPod" like people here have mentioned... To be honest, i'm still going to refer to it as the Apple Tablet...

I'm glad I'm not the only one

I thought it was just me. iSlate or iTablet was what I thought they would go with. I guess in a while people will not even think about it.
