All iPads IPad no longer updates Hotmail via Safari

My Air 2 is on 12.4.1

On 9-28 Hotmail stopped updating in Safari. The email list remains unchanged even after logging out and back in. It has a simpler format now too.

I would think this is a Hotmail issue except it seems like something is stuck in the Safari browser cache


Any ideas?

Maybe try updating to iPadOS 13.1.2?
