I have ipad pro m1 11 and lg 27ul850-w. COnnect with apple thunderbolt 3 and it charges when monitor is turn on but when it's off (example while sleeping or away from home is stops charging. When i plugged my macbook pro 2016 with same cable and monitor didn0t happen. Anyone can help me? Woul not like to discharge overnight the ipad.

Looks like an issue with that monitor based on a quick Google search. It stops providing power once it enters standby. Maybe pick up a U-series Dell monitor for better compatibility.

I don't own your exact setup but I'd check if 'Deep Sleep' is disabled on the monitor:
Settings > General > Deep Sleep mode > off
USB HUB functions will not work in standby mode while Deep sleep Mode is enabled in standby mode.
If that does not solve anything, you could connect the display via Apple's AV Multiport Adapter and use your original power brick to charge it. You have to use HDMI with this adapter.

iPad Pro 11-inch, iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later)
